I qualified as a clinical supervisor in November 2025 after completing a 6 month course and 20 practice hours.
An essential part of my supervision approach is to provide a safe and confidential environment for individual counsellors to reflect on and discuss their work and their personal and professional responses to their work with clients. I thoroughly enjoy supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth and in becoming effective and competent practitioners. I enjoy bringing creative techniques into my practice.
Sessions are offered online via Google Meet.
I use the 7-eyed model of supervision to help us explore relationships between the client-supervisee-supervisor and to consider ethical issues.
My counselling background is integrative and I am accredited to work with CYP and adults and have worked in schools. I work face to face with CYP and online with adults, both privately and on Betterhelp. I have a particular interest in trauma, TA, neurodiversity and attachment.
Further information can be found on my factsheet document sent on request.
Sessions are charged at £50 for a monthly session of 60 minutes, £60 for 90 minutes. There is a discount of £10 on request for those working primarily on the Betterhelp platform.
Review: 'I really valued my supervision sessions with Fran. She offered a warm, reflective, and supportive space where I felt safe to explore my worries and challenges in my work. Her gentle and thoughtful approach helped me unpack difficult situations and think about them in new ways. She often offered helpful examples and understandings that deepened my learning and confidence. Over our sessions, I feel I’ve added many useful tools to my professional ‘toolbox,’ and I continue to draw on them regularly. I found her supervision both grounding and enriching, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and insightful supervisor. ' (RV October 2025)
